Gotta give big thanks to Melisa for recommending us to Lian Xin & Jie Long!
I can’t decide which segment of their gatecrash to crown the highlight of the day –
a) a bra made out of rafia string and a pair of oranges laced with bamboo stick spikes
OR
b) the cocktail of blended baby corn (smells like rain on a hot sidewalk)
(Jie Long hates baby corn)
The pair and their entourage were always looking out for us. Jie Long and Lian Xin also expedited the entire videography process by deciding on their same day edit song – “Go Big or Go Home” by American Authors. On hindsight, I think the song really described their zest for life and laughter.
Here’s to days of more yoga and less baby corn!
